H!P stands for Hello Project, a singing group, but there are fans of different girl groups there.
YYK is the area where the Chinese fansubbing group, YYK, releases torrents of their releases. They have a forum of their own, ACQ, but place their stuff there as well as they were originally one.

They do sell. Only DVD though.

Ummmm, you know, no one ever licensed Noir, but it's selling in places like Best Denki, LOL. DVD copies, for about $50 or something. Probably much cheaper in M'sia. I have two sets, and some encoded VCDs, but my dream is to own either the US or the Japanese DVDs. (ONE MORE YEAR!)
Honestly, the audio in the copies I have is pretty bad. The video is fabulous, though, which I guess makes up for it. Mitsuishi Kotono's Mireille has a gorgeous voice.
ERRR. Read the thread.
If you do, you'll realize that I'm still working on it. My upload speed is not fantastic, and diskspace is at a premium, so I'm getting quite desperate to get a new HD.

I've always thought Best denki is selling bootleg anime. The packing quality looks so horrible that i would rather try finding it in HK. Not sure about the quality of the video they have but if i spend 50 plus bucks on some low Q stuff... i should just bang my head against the wall and die... (blur videos and unclear sound is a pain.yamiboqe001 )
