I think the decision lies with the organiser but I think Yaya will win since she had lesser fake votes than Yoko.

I think theres a new rule. Hope someone can translatewhat it meant
New rules take effect from the 7th match (Shizuru vs Yumi) onwards
Valid IDs are now those that are:
Registered before 2006
Registered between 1st January 2006 and 4th November (inclusive) and have at least 30 posts and 50 points
(under your name, next to 积分 is the number of points)
In addition, after voting in the poll, you have to post your vote in the voting thread as well, in the format of Name（Series）
For example in the 7th match,
藤乃静留（My-HiME）
福泽佑巳（圣母在上&圣母在上-春）
If you wish to vote for Shizuru, you'll cast your vote then post
藤乃静留（My-HiME）
Votes casted without posting will be deemed invalid.
Also note that only these verification posts will be allowed in the voting thread, meaning no more spamming with supportive posts.
I hope I got it right...still can't vote though *sigh*
